Set a keyword alert and your brand is watched across newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, and blogs. You get an email as soon as it comes up, with reports and AI analysis to measure your coverage. Monitoring is offered through MediaMatch, our monthly-subscription service — see Plans & billing.

The Corporate plan starts at $695 per year, plus applicable taxes by province. It includes full access to the 38,000+ contacts, unlimited targeted lists, CSV, Excel, and PDF exports, the personalized research service, and email and phone support. The total then depends on the options you add (additional users, Plik, MediaMatch, MediaForecast).

The Corporate plan includes three users: the account administrator and two colleagues at no extra charge. Additional users can be added at any time, at $125 per year each.

Additional users ($125 per year each); Plik, the influencer database ($395 per year); MediaMatch, media monitoring on a monthly subscription (Pro plan at $99 per month, TV & Radio plan at $299 per month); and MediaForecast, on-demand AI analyses (see the next question).

MediaForecast offers two on-demand analyses. The media pickup analysis ($15.99 per analysis): upload your press release and your media list to discover which media are most likely to cover your story. The predictive risk analysis ($25.99 per analysis): anticipate narrative trends, sentiment drift, and potential reputational risks before you publish.

Credit card (secure processing, immediate access), cheque, or bank transfer (access activated when the payment is received). Your invoice and receipt are emailed to you as bilingual PDFs.

The subscription is annual. We send you a reminder about 30 days before your renewal date, with your invoice attached. By card, renewal is automatic; by cheque or bank transfer, you settle the renewal invoice.

DataBlitz and Plik are annual subscriptions: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term — write to us before your renewal date to stop the renewal; there are no pro-rated refunds. MediaMatch and MediaForecast are monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

From your account, under the Users tab, the administrator invites a colleague by email. The invitation is valid for 14 days: your colleague completes their profile and joins your organization — nothing to configure on your end.

The administrator manages the subscription, billing, and users. Every user gets the same full access to search, lists, and exports.

Platform access closes at the end of the term, but your account, lists, and saved searches are preserved. Re-subscribe whenever you like and pick up right where you left off.
